Lilac Fiesta! and layering polishes

I totally bought this polish for the name; who can resist a polish called Lilac Fiesta?  I just think it is such a fun name -- and, now that I've tried it, such a fun color!

Sation Lilac Fiesta
Lilac Fiesta is a purplish fuchsia with a minimal amount of microglitter.  This color is really stunning - I am so impressed with it.  It applied very smooth and covered really well with just two coats.  It also dried fast.  Who says a polish needs to be expensive to perform well?

On my pointer finger, I painted a blue base (Zoya Tallulah), just for fun.  I LOVE how it turned out.  It is an AMAZING purple in real life.  I'll be doing an entire mani with these two polishes layered soon, which will help show off the shades better.  Lilac Fiesta is gorgeous on its own, but layered like this gives it so many dimensions.  I am really impressed with this post, especially since it cost just over a buck!
