Brooke Cooks - Potato Wedges

I love potato wedges, especially when they are homemade.  And these are SO EASY.
For this recipe, I roughly peeled and then sliced three big Idaho potatoes (just peel off the yucky parts - leave as much skin as you can because that is where all the nutrients are!).  I drizzled a baking sheet with olive oil, placed my wedges on top, and drizzled a little more olive oil over them.
Then I baked them for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, took them out, flipped them over (or just stir them around), and put them back in for another 15 minutes or so.  Take them out, sprinkle on a little salt, and enjoy!  They make a great side dish and they are soo good.

Brooke cooks. For some reason I find that really cheering. Wish my name rhymed with something! Tasty too.

You guys are so nice!! Thanks for the sweet comments :)

Jaljen, thanks :D Brooke rhymes with a lot, like 'look' 'book' 'took' 'nook' etc... it is kind of weird sometimes. I hear people say, "Hey, look!" all the time and think they are saying, "Hey, Brooke!" (especially problematic in large crowds!) HAHA.

Rebecca & Ayuu, I'm going to need to try spicing them up - YUM!!
