Tree Hugger, Shrek, Leaves of Grass - it's a GREEN kind of day!!

I found this in a magazine.  Did I tell you that I am insanely excited about this collection?  Oh, I did?  Well then - enjoy the latest promo!
I want some Shrek-tacular Colors for Nails!

China Glaze Tree Hugger topped with China Glaze Fairy Dust

Two GORGEOUS polishes I got from the Polish Exchange!!  I have wanted and wanted Tree Hugger so much - for the name and the color.  But I kept talking myself out of buying it because I have so many greens already.  So I was so excited when this turned up in the polish exchange!!  I LOVE IT.  It covered with two coats and I think the color is fantastic.  Plus, it isn't a match for any of the greens I already own!
I topped it with the beautiful China Glaze Fairy Dust, another polish a friend put into the polish exchange box.  Talk about holographic goodness!  You can really see the rainbow sparkle in the second picture.  It looks way more holo-glittery in real life.  I REALLY love this combination.  It is so fun.
This picture is a really nice why-you-shouldn't-wait-until-day-3-to-take-polish-pictures.  Oh, and hello natural nails!  I took off my pointer and middle perpetual faux nails because they were getting worn down typing - and now I'm been gnawing my nails down to the kwik (I refuse to post pictures of my right hand.  It is BAD).

The reason I decided to use Tree Hugger the instant I got it was because my paper is on Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass.  What better polish to wear when writing about Leaves of Grass?

My book isn't green, but the Amp energy drinks I have been living off of certainly are!
(Anyone who knows me well knows I NEVER drink stuff like this.  EVER.
In fact, this is the first time I have actually consumed an entire carbonated drink.  Of course, I'm de-carbonating them all by opening them, putting them in the fridge for 12+ hours, then pouring them into bottles and shaking as much of the fizz that is left out as possible.  They are pretty awful, I've got to admit - but I *think* they are helping me focus more.  Or the placebo affect of working.  Either way - not complaining!)

Have a Great Green-kinda Day!!

Do you find the AMP to be more helpful than regular coffee? I cannot stomach those energy drinks either, so I never even considered one.

Good luck finishing up your paper!

I drink Beaver Buzz when I need an energy drink. It have cane sugar instead of corn syrup, and it's not too sweet. It's a green tea flavour that isn't carbonated. I LOVE it. And the name is hilariously Canadian.
