Nail Wrecks (Why should cakes have all the fun?)

Happy Thursday to my wonderful readers and fabulous fellow bloggers!!

I hope you guys had a GREAT day and kept nice and cool.  It was insanely, crazy hot here in MD today.  And of course my air conditioning decided to take a break, so it was SUPER HOT last night and today (I hosed poor Cara down 4 times in the last 24 hours.  She has resorted to running from me whenever I get near).  But the AC is back up and running and slowly cooling things back down.  Whew!  So how has your day been?

On a different note...

I was perusing Cake Wrecks this evening and came up with a fun idea for a blog post... Nail Wrecks!!

I know we've all had them.  That time we tried to create a cool design (and it turned out SO not cool), or our attempt to use Konad for the first time (which I, unfortunaly, photographed for you all here many months ago), or our sad attempt at a Franken (mine resembled partially dried mud).
Show me your Nail Wrecks and I'll post them all here (just send them in an email to BlogBabblingBrooke@gmail.com).  To start you guys off, here is one of my wreckiest wrecks:

Yes, I intended for this to be cheesy, but I REALLY wasn't expecting it to get this awful!!  The glitter, the argyle, the gold, the bows, my poor polished cuticles, and the very, very bright red.  I think rhinestones are the only thing that could have made this worse!

I'll have a new Guess that Nail Polish tomorrow, as well as the answers (and winners!) to our Guess that Nail Polish - OPI from last week!!  Have a great evening, everyone!

I actually had beginner's luck with my first Konad experience. It has been the subsequent attempts that were total wrecks, lol. That and my first (and only) water marbling. Ohhh the horror!

FUN!! Makes me wish I'd taken pics of my two horribly failed water marbling attempts.

Oh my gaudy... lol. I think I have pictures somewhere of my failed attempts at marbling! I've still never mastered that or Konad >:[

Oh dear! At first it looked like your cuticles were bleeding from too much polish!
