Black Friday

Are you prepared to face the crowds?  Or have you already battled them off to claim your 42" flat screen and a digital photo frame?  Or did you stick with online shopping to snag the best deals?  Or perhaps you aren't taking part in this consumer-driven 'holiday' (which is probably the safest option).  Either way, happy black Friday!

For Black Friday I had to do a black manicure.  This is my favorite black polish (it's so gorgeous): Color Club Revvvolution.  For this manicure, I painted one coat of Color Club Revvvolution, then I stamped a bunch of random stars using a fake Konad plate and China Glaze Cheers to You.

I hope everyone is having a nice Black Friday :)

hahaha, so Black Friday was RIDICULOUS. My sister and I went to Walmart at 4:30. AM. it was insane.

Beatlemarta, Black Friday was (I believe.. I'm not history major though) originally named such because it was the day the stock market collapsed (I think sometime around the Johnstown Flood... but again, I could be connecting random information incorrectly). Black Friday today is a day where stores have decent sales (supposedly the best of the season) in order to jump start holiday shopping. Sales start at midnight, 3 am, 5 am, etc. - ridiculous, crazy times. And the crowds are CRAZY!!! But, it is kind of fun, and a lot of stores offer good incentives (like giftcards if you buy a certain amount, etc.). My friend from Africa thinks it is totally crazy... and honestly, I've got to agree with her :)
