Harry Potter Week - Day 4

Gryffindor Nails

I was really pleased to read your comments on Monday about my Harry Potter nail post, and especially excited to see that some of you mentioned you had always felt you belonged in the Ravenclaw or the Hufflepuff house.  I have always felt, were I a wizard, I would have been in the Gryffindor house, so tonight I did Gryffindor nails.  I wanted them to be a little different than my Gryffindor nails from Monday, but I'm thinking I liked those a lot better.  This manicure also appears to be suffering from "I had a bad day at work" syndrome; I apologize for the messiness.  At least it is the end of the day and tomorrow is Friday.  I've been trying to enjoy my weeks more instead of just focusing on the weekends (what fun is life if you're always trying to get through it to the next break?), but it can be difficult on rougher days.  It is on days like this where I really do wish I could be transported to a magical world, one where spells could change the entire course of a day or an invisibility cloak could render you, well, truly invisible.  Wouldn't it be fun if things could be that magical?  That is part of why I love Harry Potter.  It is a world that is truly fantastical and a wonderful escape from reality.  And that is why I can't wait to see the new Harry Potter movie this weekend :)

Thanks for stopping by
